Surrender

August 20 NaHaiWrimo prompt is "surrender", provided by ME. It's funny that I had a very difficult time coming up with one. Thanks to Terri Hale French! I was inspired by her post about not being able to write anything in the presence of nature's majestic beauty. This is my own take on it.

frozen pond
I yield to a night
of no words on paper
