Got my copy of Ribbons today! I forgot to submit a tanka for this issue, but I'm happy to see my scratch artwork with Susan Weaver's tanka. For the next issue, I will submit again another collaboration. I will ask the poet, whose tanka was previously selected for the back cover, to write a tanka for my artwork. That means I will be asking Marcyn Del Clements next. 😊
Make the universe your companion, always bearing in mind the true nature of things—mountains and rivers, trees and grasses, and humanity—and enjoy the falling blossoms and the scattering leaves. ~Bashō

Ribbons Winter 2021: Volume 17, Number 1
This is my last issue! I decided to step down as editor of Ribbons to give more time to my writing and publishing business. I appreciate all the enriching experiences I have gained putting together four memorable issues. I thank all the poets who trusted my revisions, praised me for my hard work, valued my attention to detail, and those who have taught me to become a better editor. Ribbons Winter 2021: Volume 17, Number 1 is now available on Amazon. Thank you so much, Hemapriya Chellappan, for your beautiful artwork.

Ribbons (Fall 2020: Volume 16, Issue 3)
The third issue under my editorship. The cover art is another watercolor masterpiece by Tiffany Shaw-Diaz.
My tanka in the Tanka Cafe section.
Included my scratch art in my editor's message. I asked Carol Raisfeld to write a tanka to pair with it.
