Finally, my very first collaborative tanka with Kathy Uyen Nguyen. :-)
Make the universe your companion, always bearing in mind the true nature of things—mountains and rivers, trees and grasses, and humanity—and enjoy the falling blossoms and the scattering leaves. ~Bashō

Made your 'ku into a tanka. :) *Hugs* Glad to have you as a friend too!
Thank you so much for this, Kathy! You did it again! Such a wonderful tanka! I should one day learn how to write one. I just can't find the time yet.
DeleteI'm glad to have you as a friend, too, Kathy! :-)
I like this one even better. Congratulations again. :)
ReplyDeleteActually, this might sound familiar to you. Unconsciously, I wrote a haiku very similar to Cara Holman's haiku- the one she posted on I Doodle, You 'Ku. I just realized after submitting this one.
DeleteThanks for appreciating it! :-)
